Group rental forms

Please submit "Group Rental Interest Form" first to confirm date availability.  Then complete, sign, and submit registration packet.  The deposit must be sent within 2 weeks of confirmation of date.  At this time; the signed “Group Responsibilities Form” and “Liability Waiver” must be completed and sent.

Details about your group’s schedule and final counts should be submitted 3 weeks prior to your camp start date in order to best facilitate your group’s needs.
